JacquelineHOFFPassed away peacefully at home on 3rd December 2019, aged 62 years. Devoted wife of Graham, a much loved mam to Bobby and Melissa and partners and a loving nanna and great-nanna. Sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. Funeral Service to be held on Thursday 19th December, 10.30am at Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium Large Chapel.
